In the 1980s, shopping malls were the place to be. From the food court to the clothing stores, there was something for everyone. My favorite store in the mall back then was the video game store. I loved walking in and browsing the shelves filled with the latest and greatest in video game technology. I could spend hours trying out the demo machines, dreaming of one day taking the games home with me. The mall was a magical place and the video game store was my favorite part of it. I still remember how excited I felt when I finally saved enough money to buy my first game. To this day, I still get a thrill when I walk into a video game store.
