They help you out, whether you are a complete beginner or a skilled fixie enthousiast, while remaining calm and interested. They also help you to build up your bike or customise it with one of the many accesoiries they sell to make your it unique and personal. They are truely glad when they can help you to build up your “dream bike”. And in a way that is probably a difficult decision. The shop has so many parts and bits in every possible colour, shiny or matte. Their wish to help you comes across genuine, because they seriously enjoy doing it and don’t just keep a shop to make fast money and trick the customer into being unnecessary parts.
If you are not so keen on building up a whole bike, you can also have a look in their show room upstairs. Even I, as a fixed gear newbie, was fascinated. All the bikes look perfect in their elegance, wether it is a fine or robuste model. The fact that the models are so simple and plain, makes it so easy to see the bike in it’s essence, without all the other elements a usual bike has. An yes it is true: you see less, but pay more. However the quality, speed and power you get from it, it is surely worth the price. But even if you are on a tight budget, Pristine has many vintage models for sale too. So don’t worry, there is always a way to fix your bike trouble.
