SMOOTH AND SOFT

For once I won’t try to impress you with an original recipe. The internet and food blogs are all full of recipes of these lovely healthy soft serves and smoothies. To join in this attention for these delicious morning drinks (but seriously, every time of the day is a good excuse) and desserts I will share my personal favorites. Simple, smooth, sugar-free and so very beneficial. Don’t be scared by the amount of bananas though. It is a fable that they would make you fat or cause candida, when eaten in abundance. Evidence of this I can give you in a post which I’ll write later. This will include Dr. Graham’s 80/10/10 theory. I am not really ready for a 100% raw food life, especially when living in cold temperatures and loving the variety of ingredients to cook with. But, it is definitely worth reading as it makes you more aware and gives you a very understandable and deep look into the real facts about uncooked food. It also includes a chapter on fruit and fruit sugar, but I will save that up for another post.
