Rosemary Spiced Smoothie

On a chilly autumn morning, I decided to take my morning smoothie to a next level. This smoothie includes heaps of goodness for your mind and body.

List
Bananas (2)
Frozen berries (1 cup)
Water (0,250l)
Mango
Orange juice (0,250l,  fresh preferably)
Raw honey
Rosemary
Wheatgrass (I used the powder)
Lime (1/2)

Do
Pour the water in your blend cup
Add orange juice
Add the frozen berries so they can soak a tiny bit
Add bananas
Add 1 spoon of wheatgrass
Blend

Add the raw honey and rosemary
Top with juice of one squeezed lime
