Ingredients (makes 10 approx.)

-desiccated coconut or carob powder or raw cacao powder

-a cup of pitted dates

-a tablespoon of nut butter (almond/peanut/cashew: all works fine)


-add the dates to the blender or mixer with a dash of water (just a tiny bit)

-mix till you get a sticky paste

-add the spoon of nut butter and mix again

-take teaspoon of the ready mixture, knead into a ball and roll it over a plate with desiccated coconut/carob and/or cacao powder

-put in the fridge for an hour

-now you have delicious little pralines, guilt-free and nourishing!
